We are seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead a team focused on validating third-party AI models for compatibility with our AI platforms. This role involves overseeing the development of automated pipelines for benchmarking inference performance, evaluating accuracy, and enabling the publication and internal consumption of validated models. Proven experience leading software engineering teams, preferably in AI, ML, or platform validation contexts.
Strong understanding of DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and microservice architectures.
Experience with AI/ML tools, frameworks, and performance benchmarking is a plus.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Track record of delivering scalable, production-grade software systems.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
