We are looking for an experienced Manual QA Team Leader to join our dynamic team.
In this role, youll not only manage a group of talented QA engineers but also play a critical part in shaping and elevating our QA methodologies. As a Quality Assurance Team Lead, you will manage a team of QA engineers, learn the product design and architecture to build & oversee the test plan creation, review and execution. You will deliver high quality products to production, set new QA standards and play a key role in the QA department reporting directly to the QA director.

What youll do:
Manage & lead a team of experienced QA engineers
Oversee & force high quality standards in software test plan & execution
Work closely with the Companys QA director, reporting and improving consistency
Develop, document, and perform comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Work with RnD & Production leaders to learn and provide data driven QA decisions
Identify, document, and track bugs and inconsistencies in a complex data system, which consists of dozens of micro-services.
Guide the QA team in breaking down PRD into test plan working closely with Product in Agile methodologies
Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback on quality issues.
Participate in requirement and design review meetings.

Requirements:
3+ years of experience as QA team leader
4+ years of experience in manual QA testing. (2+ years in a startup company, advantage)
Familiarity with automated testing tools and frameworks, such as: Postman, x-ray, Jira, Aplitools, Jmeter, Visual studio Advantage
Experience with various cloud providers Mandatory
Experience with K8S Mandatory
Hands-On Experience with Big data and No-Sql Mandatory
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Sharp and details oriented
Understanding full picture E2E life cycle of Project and Product, Working with various departments (product, delivery, support and more)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
