We are looking for a Monetization Product Manager.
As a Monetization Product Manager, you will play a key role in driving the revenue strategy and long-term success of our Avatar World game. Youll be responsible for identifying monetization opportunities and creating features that both engage players and maximize lifetime value, all while maintaining an excellent player experience.
Working closely with game designers, UX/UI specialists, data analysts, and the broader product team, youll turn insights into impactful, revenue-driving features.
Responsibility:
Lead the development and optimization of monetization strategies, including in-app purchases, subscriptions, offers, and live ops events.
Drive the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and ongoing iteration, with a specific focus on monetization features and tools.
Analyze data and player behavior to identify opportunities for increasing conversion, ARPU, and retention.
Design and iterate on monetization features with a strong sense of UX and game feel, ensuring theyre engaging, fair, and aligned with player motivations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including game designers, concept artists, and developers.

Strong analytical mindset with experience working with KPIs, and A/B testing.
Familiar with best practices in the mobile games industry, including monetization mechanics, player segmentation, and aligning offers with player lifecycle and motivations.
Solid understanding of UX principles and game design, with the ability to create mock-ups and conceptualize monetization flows.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and drive consensus in a dynamic environment.
Excellent communication skills in English both spoken and written.
A proactive, collaborative team player with a passion for creating meaningful, fun, and profitable player experiences.
