We are looking for a hands-on and service-oriented Office Manager who will also take the lead on Employee Experience and workplace culture. This is a key role for someone who loves keeping things running smoothly while making sure people feel great coming to work.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the office: supplies, vendors, mail, logistics
Create a welcoming, organized, and well-maintained work environment
Lead employee engagement initiatives birthdays, happy hours, team events, holiday gifts
Coordinate logistics for visitors, guests, and internal meetings
Provide light administrative support to HR and Finance as needed
Requirements:
Previous experience in office administration or workplace operations
A proactive, highly organized approach with excellent follow-through
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
English at a conversational level or higher
Availability on fixed days during the week
