The Graphic Designer for the Content Enrichment team will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating high-impact static visual assets, with a strong emphasis on illustration, for learning courses, content initiatives, and other projects.
A crucial skill for this role is the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, engaging, and easy-to-understand visuals.
You will work in close collaboration with instructional designers, content writers, and subject matter experts to create a cohesive and efficient workflow, ensuring all visual outputs are of high quality and brand-consistent.
Requirements:
* 35 years of experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio
* Advanced illustration skills and experience creating static visual assets.
* Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging visuals
* Experience designing for technical and complex platforms
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma
* Strong grasp of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
* Ability to align visual content with brand guidelines
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Deep understanding of the design process with a focus on static design
* Artistic eye and attention to detail (both technical and aesthetic)
* Proactive, problem-solving attitude and eagerness to learn
* High level of English
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and meet
