The opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced PA / Commercial Support Manager CZ&SK to support the General Manager and lead a smaller team of Commercial Support Specialists across the Czech Republic and Slovakia. This is a key role combining executive support, office operations management, team leadership, and budget responsibility.
How you’ll spend your day
Managing the GM’s calendar and business travel
Organizing major internal events (e.g., summer conference, Christmas party), including budgeting and execution
Coordinating meetings with internal and external stakeholders
Overseeing day-to-day commercial operations of the Prague office, including purchasing
Leading and supporting a 5-member team of Commercial Support Specialists in CZ and SK
Promoting collaboration and team spirit (in cooperation with Facility Manager)
Managing OPEX budgets for GM and Commercial Support cost centers (planning, monitoring, updates)
Ensuring full compliance with internal policies and external regulations
Reporting any suspected adverse drug reactions within 24 hours
Providing support to non-commercial departments when needed
