?? What You'll Do:
Help monitor purchase orders and track supplier updates
Run reports and dashboards in salesforce and Excel to support decision-making
Assist with quote follow-ups and part availability checks
Maintain and update operational records and status sheets
Support post-sale service tasks and internal process tracking
Help improve internal workflows by spotting inefficiencies in data or communication
1-3 years of experience in operations, sales support, or admin (aviation background not required)
Strong salesforce experience: reporting, dashboards, and basic admin-level usage
Confident with Excel you know your way around formulas, filters, and pivot tables
Familiarity with ERP systems (like AvSight or Quantum Control) and platforms like ILS or PartsBase is a plus
Organized, detail-driven, and able to manage multiple small tasks with minimal oversight
Native-level English proficiency clear written and verbal communication is essential
