We're looking for a Product Designer with 24 years of experience to join our fast-paced, collaborative team. In this role, you'll help shape intuitive, engaging user interfaces and contribute to our visual design system with high-quality illustrations and motion design.
Youll work closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and other designers to create world-class experiences for our users.
Responsibilities:
Design end-to-end user experiences from concept to execution using design system and visual language.
Craft clean, functional, and pixel-perfect UI designs that make complex health data approachable.
Create original illustrations and animations to elevate the visual storytelling in our product.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Content, to ensure high-quality implementation.
Conduct and participate in user interviews, usability tests, and product discovery sessions.
Present your work and rationale clearly in team reviews and stakeholder presentations.

2+ years of product design experience working on digital products, ideally in a product-focused company (startup experience is a strong plus).
Proven UI design expertise, with a strong sense for layout, typography, color, and accessibility.
Strong illustration and motion design skills, with proficiency in tools such as After Effects, Lottie, Rive, or similar.
Proficiency in Figma for UI design and prototyping.
A compelling portfolio showcasing polished product UI, original illustrations, and motion work.
Curious about using and experimenting with AI tools to enhance the design process (e.g., image generation, rapid prototyping, content drafting).
Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset in cross-functional team settings.
Comfortable working independently and proactively in a hybrid team.
