Basic Job Purpose:
Manage projects related to product line lifecycle from all technical aspects.
Main Duties:
Management of various projects within the Engineering department.
ECO initiation, management and implementation.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Ensure products are manufactured based on the standards set by the organization.
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Perform risk management to minimize potential risks.
Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.

Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or a similar field.
>5 years experience in multidisciplinary companies.
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
Experience with project management software tools.
Strong project leadership capability.
Good communicational skills in English and Hebrew- Verbal, writing, reading
Experience with CAD tools.
Experience in supporting production lines.
Team player
Experience in medical device companies- an advantage
Organizational: capable working in dynamic & global environment
