Job Summary: our company's Digital Suite is looking for a highly experienced Product Director to lead the development of both our low/no-code Tools and insurance centric, best practice, out-of-the-box content for all lines of business, globally.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the strategic direction, roadmap and backlogs for these tools and content, while collaborating with multiple teams across divisions to ensure seamless development of engagement platforms and channels and their respective content.
The ideal candidate has 15 years of overall experience with at least 5 years experience in a similar role of managing product teams, preferably in a multinational corporation.
What You'll Do
Strategic Direction & Backlog Management Define the product vision and oversee the planning, execution, and management of the portal foundation backlog, including all epics and user stories.
Cross-Team Leadership Direct and work closely with product owners, developers, architects, consultants, and team leads to support both your department and other portal, delivery, and client teams.
Implementation & Support Strategy Drive successful implementation of transactional journeys for internal business units and clients, establishing frameworks for ongoing support, bug fixes, functionality enhancements, and performance improvements.
Executive Stakeholder Communication Maintain clear, transparent, and effective communication with executive peers, senior management, and key stakeholders to align expectations and priorities.
Strategic Client Engagements Lead key workshops, product demonstrations, and client support initiatives as needed.

Technical Vision Strong understanding of both frontend and backend development, with knowledge of software design principles and REST APIs, and ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.
Software Development Strategy Comprehensive understanding of software development lifecycle across all phases and ability to optimize processes.
Communication Skills Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English with ability to communicate effectively at executive level.
Leadership Abilities Proven ability to direct, mentor, and influence teams effectively while driving organizational change.
