Your responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap:

Own product verticals, leading their roadmap in alignment with goals, customer needs, and market trends.
Prioritize features and improvements based on customer feedback, field insights, and development team input.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Act as a liaison between engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of product initiatives.
Collaborate closely with AI and automation experts to integrate the latest trends and tools into our platform.
Execution & Delivery:

Manage the end-to-end delivery of new features and enhancements, ensuring projects are completed on time and with high quality.
Work hands-on with developers to refine requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure clarity in implementation.
Customer Focus:

Gather and synthesize feedback from customers, sales engineers, and field teams to deeply understand user pain points and business value.
Define solutions that are innovative yet practical, delivering measurable impact for customers.
