The Core team builds the technical foundation behind our companys flagship products. We are owners and advocates for the underlying design elements, developer platforms, product components, and infrastructure at our company. These are the essential building blocks for excellent, safe, and coherent experiences for our users and drive the pace of innovation for every developer. We look across our companys products to build central solutions, break down technical barriers and strengthen existing systems. As the Core team, we have a mandate and a unique opportunity to impact important technical decisions across the company.
Responsibilities
Lead the product strategy and roadmap for key growth initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance our company's growth and drive cross-app integration and user engagement.
Translate user needs, market insights, and goals into clear, actionable product requirements and specifications.
Define key product metrics, design and analyze experiments (A/B tests), and leverage data science insights to measure product performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive optimization for growth and user experience.
Serve as the product lead, driving alignment and clear communication across various cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery and adoption.
Communicate product goals, strategy, and progress to stakeholders at all levels, leveraging strong presentation and collaboration skills to gain alignment and drive decisions for the product.

Requirements:
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in product management.
Experience in consumer-facing product launches.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with iOS platform product management and native capabilities.
Experience with driving improvements in user experience and growth for user-facing features.
Experience in user research, data analysis, and experimentation for product optimization.
Experience in coordinating multi-team, cross-product area and time zones initiatives.
Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to align stakeholders.
