What will you do?
The QA Architect is a senior individual contributor responsible for leading quality assurance across . This role provides strategic leadership in testing methodologies, automation frameworks, and quality practices, working closely with engineering, product, and DevOps teams to deliver scalable and high-quality products.
The QA Architect will report directly to the VP of R&D.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and drive accountability for product quality across multiple teams.
Define and implement QA strategies, processes, and frameworks.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable and effective QA processes.
Design and maintain test automation frameworks and pipelines.
Plan and lead NFR testing (performance, scalability, security).
Mentor teams and conduct training on quality best practices.
Oversee organization-wide QA initiatives and lead the QA guild.
Provide actionable insights and quality updates to the VP of R&D.
Key Deliverables:
Develop comprehensive testing strategies and scalable automation frameworks.
Provide monthly quality reports with actionable improvements to the VP of R&D.
Establish QA playbooks, guidelines, and best practices.
