We are looking for a QA Engineer with a strong focus on testing complex systems to join our team. This role is critical for validating web applications and ensuring seamless integration across multiple platforms while maintaining high-quality products. In this position, you will execute comprehensive testing strategies that prioritize back-end functionality and API validation. You will validate integrations with third-party systems to ensure efficient data flow and enhance the quality of our integrated systems. What You’ll Do: Develop Test Plans: Create and maintain comprehensive test plans to ensure thorough testing coverage Collaborate with Teams: Work with developers and product managers to define acceptance criteria and deliver high-quality features Utilize Testing Tools: Use tools like Postman, Swagger, and browser dev tools to validate web functionalities, API interactions, and backend responses Conduct Cloud Testing: Test and validate infrastructure components in a cloud environment, preferably AWS

You’ll do it using: 3+ years of Proven experience in manual QA testing for complex systems Deep understanding of web application testing methodologies Familiarity with testing integrations with third-party services and APIs by using Postman, Swagger, or similar tools Strong understanding of QA processes, test case design, and defect tracking tools English proficiency (written and verbal) Background in test automation frameworks for UI testing (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar) – an advantage Knowledge of performance testing and monitoring tools – an advantage Experience in the insurance or banking industries – an advantage
