Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead all quality aspects in a global company that develops, produces, sells, and supports multidisciplinary products and systems.
Responsible for defining, implementing, and enforcing the quality processes in the company.
Responsible for defining the quality strategy, methodologies and KPIs.
Responsible for collecting quality data from all relevant data sources, analyze the data against KPIs and present them to management on regular basis.
Build and maintain the quality dashboards of the company.
Manage the quality requirements and monitoring processes of vendors and subcontractors.
Manage failure analysis cases, corrective, and preventive actions for both internal and external cases.
Inspire the organization to drive for continuous improvement culture through positive and cooperative debriefs and lesson learned.
Play a key role in defining effective interfaces between the different departments/sites of the company to achieve high quality performances and quality culture.

Requirements:
7+ years of experience in global hi-tech companies that makes multidisciplinary products and systems.
Experience in implementing cross functional processes to ensure quality.
Managerial experience, strong leadership skills ability to inspire, motivate and train.
Excellent technical and execution skills – Technical education is mandatory.
Fluent English both written and verbal- Must.
7+ years of experience in global hi-tech companies that makes multidisciplinary products and systems.
Experience in implementing cross functional processes to ensure quality.
