What We’re Looking For:
Organization is aiming to expand its operations and is looking for an experienced Director of Sales to create and manage the entire sales operation. The Director of Sales will possess the expertise in managing end-to-end sales processes for a variety of B2B and B2C customers including Jewish day schools in the US, people from all around the world looking to study at the center in person or online, Israelis looking to participate in cultural events, and more. The ideal candidate must be an all-rounder with a go-getter attitude and be willing to travel to the US at least 6 times a year.
Key Responsibilities:
Create, manage, and maintain a sales pipeline for all of our products, including the development of specific sales processes per product / industry
Attract, hire, and retain high performing talent with an aptitude to learn and grow
Drive a high performance, high accountability culture to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals
Actively monitor sales pipeline, activity & forecasts to proactively adapt to changing conditions
Report to the CEO and work cross-functionally with Marketing and additional stakeholders
