Job Description: We are looking for a Salesforce Implementer with at least two years of experience to lead implementation, customization, and adoption of Salesforce solutions. The role involves working closely with business users, understanding requirements, and configuring tailored solutions.
Requirements:
Requirements: 2+ years of Salesforce implementation experience – configuration, objects, fields, workflows, and reports. Familiarity with core Salesforce modules – Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud. Experience with Flow Builder – automation and process design. Strong business understanding – translating requirements into system solutions. Experience in writing technical and business requirement documents. Knowledge of SOQL & SOSL – a plus. Experience with integration tools – REST API, Data Loader, MuleSoft (advantage). Experience in large/global organizations – a plus. Independent, proactive, and strong interpersonal skills. High-level English – reading, writing, and speaking.
