The Finance Team is the engine that keeps us going. We are seeking a seasoned Senior Billing Expert to lead and optimize our billing processes.
This role involves managing complex billing operations, ensuring data integrity, and collaborating cross-functionally to support the company's revenue recognition policies and billing schedules.
What Youll Do:
Oversee the Salesforce (SFDC) queue for customer creation and billing detail modifications, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
Ensure all data is accurately configured in CRM and ERP systems, maintaining high standards of data integrity.
Review customer contracts and establish corresponding billing schedules within Salesforce.
Execute daily and monthly billing cycles with precision, adhering to company policies and timelines.
Analyze contract amendments, process credits, and manage rebills efficiently.
Generate and interpret reports on bookings using SFDC and Business Intelligence (BI) tools to identify and rectify discrepancies.
Collaborate with technical teams to enhance billing processes and overall performance.
Address and resolve financial queries from both internal stakeholders and external clients.
Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.
Lead initiatives aimed at process improvement and automation within the billing function.

3+ years of experience in billing operations, preferably within a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Proficiency in Salesforce and ERP systems, with a strong preference for experience with NetSuite.
Advanced Excel skills
Exceptional analytical abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of collaborating across departments.
Demonstrated ability to lead projects and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Experience working with diverse markets, including the Indian market, is highly desirable.
Multilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing communication with global clients.
