Responsibilities:
* Oversee the team's daily operations, with an emphasis on meeting goals, maintaining high quality, following procedures, and ensuring safety.
* Act as a full partner to the team leader in managing and coordinating activities, taking ownership of both routine and ad-hoc tasks.
* Serve as a technical focal point in the team – in system-level knowledge, hardware, training, and procedures.
* Manage and monitor all field activities: preparation, execution, documentation, and reporting.
* Ensure worker safety and strict adherence to safety standards and protocols.
* Maintain high execution quality across all tasks – identifying gaps and overseeing continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with internal interfaces – including work planning, logistics, scheduling, hardware, and peripheral readiness.
* Manage subcontractors – including coordination, contracts, procurement requirements, and expanding the supplier base.
* Oversee resources and equipment – ensuring availability, procurement, and maintenance.
* Lead training efforts – onboarding new team members and providing ongoing professional mentoring.
