What you'll be doing:
looking for a Senior Global Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and scale technical hiring across Israel, the US, and India. Reporting to the Chief People & Culture Officer, this role is key to building world-class engineering and product teams and supporting rapid growth.
As a Senior Global Talent Acquisition Manager, youll:
Develop and execute a global tech recruiting strategy aligned with growth goals.
Lead and manage global recruiters across Israel, the US, and India.
Partner with hiring managers and executives to optimize talent acquisition efforts.
Own full-cycle recruiting, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Build a strong talent pipeline for engineering and product roles.
Implement best practices in hiring, diversity, and employer branding.
Analyze Greenhouse ATS data to improve hiring decisions and efficiency.
Drive engagement in the employee referral program.
Scale the talent acquisition team to support expansion.
Manage relationships with external recruiting partners.
10+ years in talent acquisition, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
Proven track record in scaling global technical hiring in a fast-growing company.
Experience managing global recruitment teams (Israel, US, India).
Strong expertise in sourcing and hiring top engineering and product talent.
Background in employer branding, diversity hiring, and recruitment marketing.
Data-driven mindset with Greenhouse ATS reporting & analytics experience.
Excellent stakeholder management and ability to partner with leadership.
Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a hands-on approach.
