As we continue to rapidly grow, we are looking for a highly skilled and business-oriented Senior Legal Counsel to join our legal team. This is a hands-on, strategic role that requires a practical mindset, and a deep understanding of commercial law in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements, including franchise, supplier, and lease agreements
– Provide legal guidance across multiple jurisdictions
– Support the business expansion into new markets, including setting up local entities, regulatory issues, and structuring partnerships
– Advise business teams on compliance, risk management, and dispute resolution
– Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
– Stay current on legal developments
Requirements:
– Qualified lawyer (license to practice in Israel)
– 6+ years of experience in commercial law, preferably with both law firm and in-house experience
– Proven experience working on international matters
– Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal issues clearly and effectively to non-lawyers
– Business-minded, pragmatic, and solutions-oriented approach
– Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
