Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Development:
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of 4-5 product analysts.
Define and execute the teams analytics strategy to support hyper-growth and expansion.
Analytics & Strategy:
Define and track key product and business performance metrics, identifying opportunities for growth and optimization.
Drive strategic insights to influence product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies for B2B Payments.
Guide team to translate complex data findings into clear insights and actionable business strategies for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Finance, GTM, and Commercial teams to drive data-backed decisions.
Work with data engineering teams to enhance data infrastructure, ensure data quality, and build scalable analytics solutions.
Enforce prioritization of analytics asks to ensure the team is working on most impactful work.
7+ years of experience in product, customer, and GTM analytics.
4+ years of leadership experience managing a team of analysts.
Familiarity with SQL, Python, and statistical modeling techniques (e.g., regression, classification, clustering etc.).
Ability to influence senior leaders with strong data storytelling and business acumen.
Experience with experimentation and causal inference, familiar with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.).
Preferred: Experience in financial technology, payments, or B2B platforms.
