In this role you will
Design end-to-end product experiences for our core productsfrom research and ideation to execution and refinement.
Partner with product managers, engineers, and researchers to solve user needs.
Use user research, usability testing, and data analysis to guide design decisions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that meet user needs and brand goals.
Champion design excellence and usability for intuitive, accessible products.
Help build and evolve our design system for consistency across touchpoints.
Provide mentorship to junior designers while nurturing a collaborative, growth-focused culture.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in product design, with expertise in both visual and interaction design.
An independent problem solver who takes projects from concept to completion, creates elegant solutions for complex challenges, and builds prototypes that showcase design decisions.
A strong communicator and storyteller who presents design ideas through compelling narratives, translates complex concepts into clear information, and exchanges constructive feedback to foster growth and collaboration.
