As a Surveillance Product Manager, youll lead the product strategy and execution for our surveillance and detection portfolio of products. Collaborating with customers and internal teams you will manage the end-to-end product lifecycle to deliver best-in-class products that support our business growth goals.
This position is located in Israel, and youll be reporting directly to the Director of Product.
What Youll Do:
Develop a clear product strategy and roadmap for our surveillance, detection solution portfolio.
Work with engineering, to drive the end-to-end product development process, from planning through release launch.
Collaborate closely with Data Science to build and iterate on AI based products and capabilities.
Partner with customers and GTM teams and act as a subject matter expert for pre-sales, marketing, and customer success.
Stay up to date on regulatory trends, industry standards, and market developments in communication compliance.
Define and track key product metrics to measure product success and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
5+ years of hands on experience as a Product Manager, preferably in RegTech/FinTech, AI-driven platforms, SaaS B2B for global ent. customers
Strong understanding of detection and alerting systems, including false positive/negative analysis, scoring models, and operational workflows.
Hands-on experience working with Data Science teams, especially around ML or NLP models.
Experience in compliance, or financial services or working with customers in those industries is an advantage.
Exceptional organization skills Prioritize obsessively, with high attention to detail someone who is great at keeping projects and all those involved on track .
Strong communicator with ability to collaborate cross-functionally (Product, R&D, DS, Sales, and CS).
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable delivering presentations at a senior level.
Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills with the ability to understand complex problems.
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment.
