Responsibilities:
Own the platform experience Build and evolve cross-product capabilities like onboarding, administration, insights, and risk operationalization.
Drive the roadmap Define strategy and priorities across multiple stakeholders, ensuring consistent, scalable solutions.
Act as a platform enabler Support internal product teams by treating them as key stakeholders in your roadmap.
Collaborate broadly Partner with engineering, design, sales, and product teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Measure and improve Use data and feedback to continuously refine the platform and enhance user experience.
5+ years of experience in product management for B2B software or cloud platforms.
Strong technical background with the ability to work closely with engineering on architecture and performance topics.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and align across product teams.
Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate data into product insights and decisions.
Proven track record delivering software products/services to market
Experience working directly with customers.
Excellent communication skills and a user-centered mindset.
Team player, confident, independent, and enthusiastic.
Great listener deep customer empathy and ability to identify customer needs.
Experience in Platform / Infrastructure / Development strong advantage.
Strong security and cloud background advantage.
Knowledge in architecture and design of scalable and high-performance cloud services advantage.
BA/BS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field; MBA advantage.
