What you will do:
Implementation team management
Accompaniment and partnership in technological projects based on a broad ServiceNow system from the characterization phase
Characterization of customer needs and construction of technological solutions (development or system configuration settings) based on the ServiceNow system
Accompanying the process of implementing the system installation and adjusting the required modules
Providing service and technical support to managers and employees in the organization on the information system
Support for local and global projects, while working in a close interface with internal and external organizational interfaces.

3-5 years of experience in the field of ServiceNow (implementation or development)- Must

Bachelor's degree or Certification in a related field- Advantage
High level of English- both verbal and written
