Requirements:
2+ years of experience in a leadership or engineering management role
6+ years of hands-on backend development experience with Go or Python
Proven experience in developing Kubernetes controllers, including expertise in scheduling, autoscaling (HPA, VPA), and resource management
Experience building data pipelines or metric analysis systemsespecially for performance or cost optimizationis a strong advantage
Familiarity with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and understanding of compute workload pricing models is a plus
Bonus Points For:
Advanced proficiency in Go
Experience contributing to open-source projects
Background in cloud-native architecture, especially with AWS
