Responsibilities
Be part of the core team responsible for the architecture, technology, and implementation of our AI code modernization solutions.
Work closely with customers to understand legacy/mainframe modernization challenges (working with customers and the field team) and translating these into a viable technical solution leveraging to be then driven to implementation.
Facilitate alignment and clarity across teams on goals, outcomes, and timelines. Influence and coach a distributed team of engineers, and work closely with the various stakeholders such as customers, partners, sales, delivery, and product.

Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in software development.
5 years of experience leading ML design and optimizing ML infrastructure (e.g., model deployment, model evaluation, data processing, debugging, fine tuning).
Preferred qualifications:
3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
Experience in designing and working with enterprise mainframe applications and technology which includes: mainframe and iSeries architecture, COBOL, JCL, Cics, RPG, DB2, IMS and other MF technologies.
Experience designing and architecting modern enterprise production systems for customers.
Experience implementing enterprise solutions with AI.
Ability to come up with creative solutions to problems that no one has solved before.
Excellent people management skills, and ability to present and explain complex ideas/solutions to different audiences.
