What youll do:
Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring their needs and feedback shape product development.
Develop and maintain a cohesive roadmap for our studio editor and video encoding infrastructure in collaboration with leadership and the product team, balancing innovation in AI-driven video and graphics editing with video processing infrastructures scalability and performance needs.
Translate client requirements into actionable tasks and write detailed product specifications, including user stories, wireframes, API enhancements, and UI improvements for the studio and infrastructure capabilities.
Define and track KPIs to measure product success, such as system reliability, editing efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Use data insights to continuously improve product performance and scalability while aligning with business objectives.

Experience in managing SaaS products, video and graphics editing tools or large-scale video infrastructure systems.
Strong communication skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
Data-driven problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Customer-driven approach with the ability to translate user needs into impactful product strategies.
Logical thinker with a strategic perspective and an eye for user experience.
Team player who thrives in cross-functional environments.
