Requirements:
Join a cutting-edge defense tech company as a system Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our IT infrastructure. Responsibilities:
Maintain, upgrade, and install company servers.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
Manage and support Microsoft Active Directory, integrated with Azure AD.
Oversee and maintain the Office 365 environment, focusing on Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
Implement and enforce the companys security policies across all devices and users.
Perform regular backups and ensure efficient recovery processes. Requirements:
Experience: 3+ years of proven experience as a system Administrator.
Technical Skills:
Expertise with Windows Servers, Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPO), and Microsoft Entra.
Proficiency with management and monitoring tools, particularly Manage Engine (OPManager, Endpoint Central, ADManager).
Strong knowledge of Office 365 products.
Experience with VMware infrastructure installation and maintenance.
Familiarity with Storage and backup solutions, especially Veeam Backup.
Solid understanding of networking principles and hands-on experience with network hardware configuration.
Hardware Experience:
Hands-on experience with Fortinet products (virtual appliances, firewalls, switches, access points).
Familiarity with Cisco solutions, including Umbrella, Email Security, and DUO.
Soft Skills:
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining clear and effective communication.
Willingness to provide after-hours support when necessary.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English. Nice to Have:
Certifications such as MCITP, MCSE, VCP, or CCNA.
Experience with MetaDefender OPSWAT products (Core, MDSS, Vault, Kiosk).
Knowledge of F5 products.
Proficiency in scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, PythongreenTxtBg!).
