What You'll Be Doing:
User Support & IT Operations:
Be the first point of contact for technical support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues for our end-users.
Manage and track user requests, ensuring timely resolutions and thorough documentation.
Play a key role in onboarding and offboarding employees, setting up accounts, devices, and access permissions.
Cloud & Infrastructure:
Work alongside senior engineers to monitor and maintain our AWS cloud environments.
Help ensure proper logging, tagging, and reporting for cloud resources, contributing to compliance efforts.
Identity & Access Management (IAM):
Support the administration of our IDP platforms, like Okta, including user provisioning and account changes.
Learn to integrate identity services with Active Directory and various cloud tools.
System Administration & Security:
Assist in managing Active Directory user accounts and group policies.
Support patching and updating efforts across Windows, macOS, and Linux systems.
Contribute to applying security configurations and responding to alerts under guidance.
Networking Fundamentals:
Provide basic troubleshooting for network connectivity issues.
Help with the configuration and inventory tracking of network devices.
Gain exposure to firewalls, VPNs, and Zero Trust principles.
