What you'll be spending time on:
Talent Strategy & Market Insights Understand business needs, provide market intelligence, and influence hiring decisions with data-driven insights.
Full-Cycle Recruitment Own the hiring process end-to-end, from intake meetings, sourcing, and screening to offer management and onboarding.
Employer Branding & Advocacy Represent our company in the talent marketplace, promote diversity and inclusion, and build external partnerships.
Stakeholder & Candidate Management Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, ensure a seamless candidate experience, and collaborate with internal HR teams.
Data-Driven Hiring Track key hiring metrics, optimize processes, and leverage technology (Greenhouse, LinkedIn analytics) for better decision-making.
Experience: 5+ years in talent acquisition, ideally in a regional or global role.
A relevant degree (HR, Business, or related field) is a plus.
Expertise in full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, selection, and offer management).
Strong knowledge of ATS tools (Greenhouse preferred) and LinkedIn analytics.
Experience working with diversity hiring strategies and employer branding.
Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and continuously improve processes.
