* Sourcing talent through in-depth internet research, networking, competitive intelligence gathering, and referrals from employees and candidates.
* Consistently building a robust pipeline of high-quality candidates using innovative sourcing methods.
* Guiding candidates through the recruitment process and ensuring an exceptional talent experience.
* Developing, overseeing, and enhancing recruitment processes.

* Experience in managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
* Proficiency in developing, constructing, and utilizing various sourcing tools to build a candidate pipeline.
* Ideal candidates possess high innovation and creativity skills in sourcing and recruitment.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, evolving, and growing environment like.
* Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), experience with Comeet is a plus.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
