We are seeking a Project Manager to join our company for a variety teams to lead complex, business-critical projects. You will drive the execution of large-scale, cross-functional initiatives that bring our Product Group vision to life.
You will play a key role in optimizing processes and technologies to streamline engineering efforts and proactively solve challenges that impact our company's ability to meet diverse customer needs.
Collaborating with multiple engineering teams, you will define priorities, remove obstacles, and ensure smooth project execution in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your focus will be on delivering innovative solutions for Autonomous Vehicles (AV), including Hands-Off (L2+) and Eyes-Off (L3) capabilities.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in engineering and management, successfully delivering complex algorithm-driven products that integrate platform capabilities with customer demands. Independent judgment, outstanding communication, and cross-discipline collaboration are essential, along with a problem-solving mindset.

What will your job look like:
Deliver results by orchestrating the technical planning, execution, and enablement of key programs.
Communicate and build rapport with senior executive's technical and non-technical team members.
Anticipate and remove obstacles that slow or prevent teams from delivering objectives.
Lead and contribute to the decision-making process and facilitate conflict resolution.
Draw from your hands-on experience in the relevant technology requested.
Use critical design thinking to focus on delivery and results.
Define key program metrics and communicate outcomes, blockers, and program performance.
Work with management and other leaders to continually identify and implement team process improvements.

Requirements:
B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related engineering field
3+ years of enterprise commercial software/technical program or engineering management experience at an enterprise technology company
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong and productive relationships.
Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills conducive to collaboration.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a history of proactively working across the organization to drive issues to closure.
Availability to travel abroad.
Fluent in English and Hebrew.
