VP Strategy, where you will play a critical role in shaping the future direction of our products and our position in the fast-evolving AI ecosystem. Key Responsibilities:
Define and drive strategic technology and product directions, including identifying and nurturing strategic partnerships.
Lead deep research into emerging technologies, market conditions, and competitive landscapes across Datacenter and Edge markets to shape positioning and value propositions.
Partner closely with the CTO and senior leadership to refine and evolve the companys long-term technical and product roadmap.
Act as a key thought partner to the CTO on differentiation and innovation strategies.
Incubate new ideas by designing and validating hypotheses through analysis, experiments, or proof-of-concepts.
Develop success metrics and KPIs to guide and evaluate strategic initiatives.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Proven experience in high-impact strategic roles within technology-driven companies (e.g., Strategy, CTO roles, CTO office).
Strong understanding of emerging technology trends, especially in compute, hardware, and software innovation.
Hands-on experience with silicon products and compute solutions and AI system.
Solid background in software systems and architecture in production environments.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering;
Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to synthesize complexity into clear, pragmatic plans.
Creative and independent thinker with a bias for action and experimentation.
Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to present complex ideas to executive audiences.
Highly collaborative and influential leader with strong external and customer-facing orientation.
Preferred Experience:
Advanced degrees (MSc/PhD or MBA) strongly preferred.
Deep familiarity with AI deployment in Datacenter and/or Edge environments.
Experience in strategy definition for silicon, compute, or networking products.
Background in the Deep Learning market is a strong advantage.
