Collaborate with the design lead, product manager, and creative director to develop new content-driven products that keep our company ahead in web design and motion trends
Engage in product decisions, team direction, and strategy together with the team from inception to delivery
Lead user research, intent analysis, and enhance design processes and tools
Act as a key thought partner to counterparts in product, engineering, and operations to identify future opportunities
Design, draft, edit, test, and refine content, including product flows, interface language, and educational materials
Manage and produce detailed content creation and partner with developers to ship pixel-perfect products.

Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in high-quality visual design for websites, landing pages, and content-driven experiences, with a keen eye for typography, layout, and storytelling
Strong collaboration skills across various disciplines, including developers, designers, product managers, UX, BI, and creative teams
Ability to spot visual trends and translate research into impactful, future-ready designs
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator, with bonus points for motion design tools like After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender, or Figmas advanced prototyping features
A growth mindset, open to feedback, and committed to continuous improvement
Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of juggling multiple design projects in a dynamic environment
