The position
Mobileye is looking for Product Managers for a challenging position in managing the
vision based products for autonomous vehicles (AV) and for the latest advanced driving assistance systems (ADAS)
for various automotive companies.
What will your job look like:
Act as a technical product owner and expert, for productizing and driving Mobileye's AV Perception functions to meet performance and quality goals.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Algorithmic developers, Product and Business Development) and external partners to define the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with Mobileye's strategy and timelines.
Own the process of requirements elicitation to capture stakeholder needs and translate them into actionable and measurable product specifications.
Define and monitor data-driven performance KPIs to ensure product excellence.
Develop and maintain accurate, comprehensive documentation for internal and external use.
Partner with industry-leading car manufacturers, including workshops, test drives, and product tuning to ensure adoption and satisfaction.
Champion cross-functional collaboration, managing initiatives in a matrix environment to ensure successful execution.
All you need is:
B.Sc. in Computer Science or Engineering. M.Sc. / MBA – advantage
At least 3 years of Experience in managing technically complex products
Hands-On Experience in development. Development management experience – advantage
Proven customer-facing experience
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong and productive relationships
Demonstrated ownership of product quality and excellence
Fluent in English and Hebrew
Experience in system engineering and multidisciplinary systems – advantage
Experience with active sensors or automotive products – advantage
