As a Product Manager for the AI group, youll be instrumental in driving the strategic direction, planning, and execution of one of our exciting AI initiatives. Youll identify areas where AI can significantly improve the workflow of professional web creators and lead these initiatives from concept to launch and maintenance. You'll collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure our AI solutions align perfectly with user needs and business objectives.

Responsibilities
Contribute to the strategic direction and execution of our AI roadmap, aligning with team goals and company vision.
Drive technical excellence by working closely with engineering teams to develop innovative, scalable, and performant solutions.
Optimize user experience by deeply understanding the needs, workflows, and advanced capabilities.
Collaborate with various product teams to maximize impact as needed.
Gain a deep understanding of our users needs through data analysis, customer interviews, user research, and translate them into product requirements.
Prioritize and manage feature backlog, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy and goals.
Collaborate with the engineering, UX/UI, CX, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality product enhancements.
Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Monitor product performance and iterate continuously to improve user experience and achieve key business metrics.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and teams across the organization, ensuring transparency and alignment.

Requirements:
At least 5 years of product management experience at B2C SaaS companies – Must.
Experience with user-centered design and utilizing customer feedback to drive improvements – must.
Proven experience in building AI-powered products – must.
Experience overseeing large, complex product from planning to delivery, focusing on valuable increments.
Exceptional problem-solving, strategic thinking, and analytical skills
Proven ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage trade-offs, and evaluate innovative ideas with internal and external partners.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with the WordPress ecosystem, Elementor and web technologies – an advantage
Proven experience working on and integrating to builder & editing tools, or similar complex interfaces an advantage.
At least 5 years of product management experience at B2C SaaS companies – Must.
Experience with user-centered design and utilizing customer feedback to drive improvements – must.
Proven experience in building AI-powered products – must.
