Develop and implement a compelling product vision for data and machine learning solutions that align with company goals and address the needs of our various teams, delivering measurable value across the organization.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with Data Science, Engineering, and Business units to design and build products that leverage big data and machine learning, tackling complex challenges and improving operational efficiency.
Requirements Gathering & Analysis:
Lead efforts to collect, analyze, and document requirements, ensuring that solutions are aligned with strategic objectives and informed by real-time data insights.
Lifecycle Management:
Oversee the complete product lifecyclefrom initial discovery to launchmanaging timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within scope.
Performance Optimization:
Track and evaluate product performance using key metrics, leveraging data-driven insights to refine processes and drive continuous improvement.
User Engagement:
Engage with end users to gather feedback, understand their evolving needs, and ensure high levels of satisfaction and adoption.
Stakeholder Communication:
Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, addressing challenges, and celebrating achievements throughout the product lifecycle.

Technical Background:
Minimum of 2 years experience in a technical role: Data Scientist / BI Engineer/ Data Analyst.
Product Management Experience:
At least 2 years of proven experience managing the full product lifecycle from conception through execution.
Expertise in Data & Machine Learning:
Strong understanding of data pipelines, visualization tools, and machine learning models, with the ability to apply these to address complex operational challenges.
Industry Experience:
Experience with AdTech platforms or Real-Time Bidding (RTB) systems is highly desirable.
Technical Proficiency:
Hands-on expertise in big data and cloud platforms (such as AWS, GCP, or Azure) or large-scale systems is preferred.
Methodological Rigor:
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and a strong commitment to a data-driven approach in product management and decision-making.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
