• Serve as a strategic business partner, advising and supporting HRBPs in tailoring Global Mobility solutions to meet talent and organizational needs across all aspects of mobility.• Drive the global mobility strategy by leading global and local solutions to meet immediate and long term business objectives• Provide direction and consulting on global mobility to key stakeholders, which include, HR Business Partners, Total Reward, Finance, Legal, and business leaders.• Manage the strategic business partnerships with key vendors (Relocation Management Company, immigration counsel, tax services) to deliver quality benefits and service delivery while actively controlling program costs.• Ensure program compliance in all areas – immigration, tax and payroll• Develop and deliver data analysis and insight on program activity, trends, costs and areas for action on a regular basis.• Promote internal education by developing resources, marketing materials and communication plans to promote global mobility as a key part of the company’s talent strategy• Ensure escalations from candidates, employees and managers are resolved.
