JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as the primary technical owner and business partner for all corporate departments applications requirements, working closely with Finance, HR, BI, Security, RnD, IT and other corporate teams.
Own and administrator corporate applications such as NetSuite, Monday Jira, HRIS, ITSM, and more.
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of all SaaS application procurement and renewals, including vendor evaluation, negotiation, budgeting, and contract management.
Partner with Finance, BI, IT and Security teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal use of financial and operational tools.
Lead the implementation and rollout of a new procurement system, including requirements gathering, vendor selection, project management, and change enablement.
Develop and maintain documentation, workflows, and best practices for SaaS and financial application usage and governance.
Monitor system performance, user access, data integrity, and compliance across all managed applications.
Analyze usage trends and identify opportunities for cost savings, automation, and efficiency improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather feedback, prioritize enhancements, and provide user support and training.
3+ years of experience in business applications management, SaaS operations, and systems administration.
Hands-on experience with NetSuite, Monday Jira.
Experience managing SaaS procurement lifecycles and vendor relationships.
Strong project management skills, with a track record of successful system implementations or process improvements.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with procurement workflows and enterprise systems is a strong advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field is a an advantage.
Experience with SaaS spend management platforms (e.g., Zip, Procurify, etc.)- advantage.
Background in business operations roles- advantage.
Technical proficiency with integrations or data flows between applications -advantage.
