The opportunity
We are looking for a new colleague to join our supply chain team as a Customer Service Specialist, eager to join for a period of 12 months.
 
Main responsibilities
– Planning, implementing and coordinating the activities related to invoicing processes for allocated customers.
– Point of contact with the logistics services provider and have a good cooperation with logistics services provider to achieve the activities related to the inbound process.
– Accountable for Supply Assurance of assigned product portfolio
– Accountable for Inventory planning and coordination of inventory deployment for assigned product portfolio
– Continuously monitor and ensure product supply of assigned product portfolio and dealing with customer complaints
– Proactively identify supply risks by updating supply outlook
– Drive communication and resolution of supply issues with stakeholders using standard processes (. e-alerts, weekly calls with market/plants)
– Proactively understand demand drivers and supply implications from forecast changes
– Drives the establishment and maintenance of long-term customer relationships by providing outstanding customer service and acting as support and primary point of contact for customers in relation with the other departments
– Assist the existing clients with their technical questions support them to have all requested deliveries on time and monitor status of clients’ requests
– Drive communication and resolution of supply issues with stakeholders using standard processes (. e-alerts, weekly calls with market/plants)
