Requirements:
5+ years of full-stack development experience, with demonstrated expertise in:
Building scalable web applications using modern Node.js and React ecosystems
Architecting and deploying microservices in high-traffic production environments
System design, API development, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure)
Strong frontend and backend development skills:
Experience building responsive, performant UI components
Proficiency with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks
Knowledge of database design and optimization
Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
Technical proficiency in:
Implementing monitoring and observability solutions (Grafana, Datadog, etc.)
Building secure, performant systems following clean code principles
Optimizing application performance in high-scale environments
Contributing to technical architecture decisions and documentation
Experience in:
Collaborating with product and design teams in an agile environment
Implementing pixel-perfect designs from Figma to production
Building intuitive, user-focused features for customer-facing applications
Making pragmatic technical decisions balancing speed, quality, and scalability
Working effectively in cross-functional teams
Bonus:
Familiarity with LLM platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).
