The opportunity
Integrated role to develop actionable insights that support the implementation of People Strategy. To adopt data driven methodology to evaluate effectiveness of optimization, capabilities, talent development and employee experience across GBS functions.
How you’ll spend your day
This position will be responsible to guide, oversee and ensure the implementation of all HR programs as per organizational guidelines
Focus on quality of hire, onboarding experience, and build capability and competency by planned interventions
Drive initiatives to provide an employee oriented, high-performance, high Quality culture across teams
Drive employee experience and wellbeing initiatives across locations
Support alignment within the leadership team on people strategy imperatives
To adopt data driven methodology to evaluate effectiveness of optimization, capabilities, talent development and employee experience
Analyze the trends and metrics (hiring, attrition, training schedule adherence, FTE utilization, talent gaps etc.) to develop solutions for the respective business
Timely delivery of talent MIS & key insights
Providing strategic counsel and legal advice on people matters.
